Partial flake and solid-color floors create different levels of visual uniformity. Ask how the sample will translate across a full floor and whether stem walls, steps or aprons are included.
Texture should reflect wet conditions and cleaning preferences. Added traction may be helpful near parked vehicles, but a very aggressive surface can hold mop fibers or require more effort to clean. Discuss the balance using a physical sample whenever possible.
Plan for an Empty Garage and Temporary Parking
